Irving is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Irving follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The best cinnamon rolls Iβve ever had! Iβm not a sweets person, but I make an exception with Holy Rollie. I would describe them as a good balance of fluffy and dense with a more gooey center. I got hooked when I tried the Banana Pudding Rollie. Now I come back at least once a month to try all the flavors. My favorite so far is the peach cobbler. I was ecstatic when I realized you can order any flavor in a 4-pack from their website with 2 days notice, even if itβs not on the menu. The best staple item Iβve had is Strawberry. Thereβs real strawberry pieces in it. Same with the peach cobbler, itβs topped with real peaches. Genuinely impressed at how each flavor is brought to life. Also, if you ask nicely and are willing to wait, they will make a rollie fresh for you if theyβre out. You can tell this is a labor of love. The owners are so kind, especially Kim. She makes me feel like sheβs known me forever when she talks to me. Also, they support other businesses - check out the merch section. I bought a reflection journal a while ago and really enjoyed it. Iβm constantly telling friends about this place. I pray God blesses them for many years to come.

I found this bakery on Instagram and decided to give them a try for a little office treat. I needed five of their cinnamon rolls, one for me, my husband, and a few for the office. When I stopped by, they had three original rolls and three with confetti. I mentioned I really wanted all originals, and the employee was so accommodating. He let me know itβd take about 20 minutes to make the fresh ones, which was perfect because I had a quick errand in Grapevine anyway. By the time I came back, the rolls were just coming out of the oven, hot, smelling amazing, and packaged up perfectly. They were such a hit, and everyone who tried them absolutely loved them!

Adorable little shop with and adorable owner! Kim was SO kind and chatted with us while our order came out of the oven. Each cinnamon roll has its own unique taste, but her textures and flavors are all beautiful and balanced. Canβt wait to place an order of vegan rolls for my family soon!

Consider this your fair warning: these cinnamon rolls are dangerously good. They are so irresistible, so perfectly sweet, gooey, and cinnamony that you'll quickly lose count of how many you've eaten. You'll end up eating so many you'll have rolls yourself. It's a risk well worth taking. βIndulge at your own blissful peril!

The absolute best cinnamon rolls. My friends and I took the cinnamon roll baking class and had a blast. Kim was super nice and helpful. The class was fun and insightful. I loved that we had the option to take and bake our cinnamon rolls or we baked them there. We also received rolling pins that we got to decorate as part of the class. I would visit her again and take the class with friends. I also loved the grateful wall.
